Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support promotional initiatives and customer engagement activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to develop hands-on experience in marketing and brand promotion.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
Prepare promotional materials, displays, and resources for scheduled activities
Support in-person marketing efforts and customer engagement programs
Help organize events that introduce customers to products and services
Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally
Coordinate with team members to ensure marketing activities are well prepared
Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team
Maintain organized records of promotional materials and campaign activities
Assist with reviewing the effectiveness of promotional initiatives
Contribute ideas to improve customer interactions and brand experiences
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in marketing, advertising, or promotions
Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn
Comfortable interacting with customers in person
Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple priorities
Previous marketing, retail, event, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
