Responsibilities
Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown as needed.
Welcome attendees and provide helpful information about event activities and featured offerings.
Support promotional presentations and interactive activities.
Help maintain an organized, inviting, and professional event environment.
Distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant product or service information.
Coordinate with team members to keep activities running smoothly.
Represent the organization professionally and help create a positive impression with attendees.
